We are pleased to announce that we have been acquired December 15, 2021, by Stronghold Farmlands Inc., a Wyoming corporation in the farming industry with farmland development projects in High Tech Indoor Cannabis Cultivation in the Cannabis business friendly state of Oklahoma.
Focus BioTek is a California based business in the BioScience of High-Tech Indoor Cannabis Cultivation and Clone Banking founded in 2018 by Master Grower, Justin Helton as the natural evolution of his indoor high tech organic medical cannabis cultivation operations which were already active in Los Angeles, Colorado, Nevada and Oregon.
The seeds of knowledge and experience were planted in 2014 and over the course of the following years we have expanded our operations to include in house Master Grower, Aeroponics, High Tech indoor organic Cultivation Technology, Clone Banking, Branding and Marketing Development, Processing, Distribution and Sales.
Focus BioTek will provide Stronghold Farmlands with the Biotechnology and Advanced Growth Protocol in order to facilitate grow operations in the exploding Oklahoma Cannabis boom and to deliver high-end product at a very low cost of production, using the same protocol we use to provide major product brands like LA Kush brand and other brands which stock top L.A. California Dispensaries and elsewhere.
The Focus Biotek protocol model is well-suited for the high-end product demands for many of the high-end brands.

Justin Helton Master Grower - Director of Biotechnology and Cultivation. Mr. Helton brings a wealth of experience and knowledge, having learned the ropes from the bottom up, he is familiar with every step of the Cannabis Industry and has become a trusted “Go to Cannabis Guru” tech for many cannabis business concerns. In 2015 Mr. Helton entered the cultivation and growing industry as an apprentice to large established enterprises including LA Kush that were beginning to flourish with product in 450 LA County dispensaries and the advent of the medical Marijuana and Recreational Marijuana industry explosion in California and Colorado.
As Master Grower, Justin Helton oversees major indoor cannabis cultivation operations and brings a vast knowledge of the challenges with thousands of hours invested in crop cultivation and complete oversight of seedling to harvest. As Master Grower, Justin Helton has years of growing experience through successes and failures. Mr. Helton oversees a team of grow assistants, which can range anywhere from one or two, to five or more in multiple operations and locations as the crops reach maturity.
In addition to cannabis cultivation experience, Justin Helton has operational knowledge to expand with Sourcing, Distribution Networks, Supply Chains and a variety of inhouse technologies including THC Extraction as well as the peripheral Retail Branding opportunity to bring a family of products from Cultivation and Processing to Retail Product lines.
